Why is no one contacting by email about winning the Christmas Challenge???

I have won several Christmass Challenges, but no one has contacted me by email yet. I wrote to the facebook group, they told me to write to email [email protected] . I wrote there, and no one answered me. I understand that there are a lot of us, those to whom no one has written an email about the winnings. Respond, people! What should I do???
