USB Bluetooth 5.3 Adapter does not work in Windows 11 Pro 21H2

USB Bluetooth 5.3 Adapter does not work in Windows 11 Pro 21H2.

After each restart of the computer, the adapter disappears from the Device Manager. To get it back you have to remove the adapter from the usb port and plug it back in, then it appears in the Device Manager.

Windows installs the universal driver from 2006, I can't find the driver for the USB Bluetooth 5.3 Adapter on the internet.

I have followed all instructions from the Ugreen website to connect the adapter before plugging it in.

How can I solve the problem with the adapter not working correctly under Windows 11?
